Qualifications:
    1. At least 2 years experience OTR (over-the-road)
    2. No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years on MVR (motor vehicle record)
    3. Must have Hazmat endorsement
    Pay Scale:
    0.30 cent per mile - 0-90 days - Probationary Period.
    0.33 cent per mile - 90-120 days - 0.31 cent per mile base pay + .02 cent incentive bonus
    0.34 cent per mile - 120-1year - 0.32 cent per mile base pay + .02 cent incentive bonus
    0.35 cent per mile - 1-2 years - 0.33 cent per mile base pay + .02 cent incentive bonus
    0.36 cent per mile - 2-3 years - 0.34 cent per mile base pay + .02 cent incentive bonus
    0.37 cent per mile - >3 years - 0.35 cent per mile base pay + .02 cent incentive bonus



    :bonus structure:
    • 0.01 cent falls under Utilization of equipment - driver must have a 3,000 mile avg at the end of the quarter with no late deliveries
    • 0.01 cent falls under Safety - driver must have no accident or DOT (Department of Transportation) Vehicle inspections with violations throughout the duration of quarter

    • After 90 day Probationary period driver qualifies for medical and dental benefits, $15,000 accidental death policy. Optional coverage available for disability and extra life insurance.

    • No Slip-Seating: Assigned to own late model tractor

    Tractor Qualifications:
    • Must be 1999 model or greater
    Pay Scale:
    • 0.88 cent per mile - 0.86 cent per mile base pay + .02 cent incentive bonus
    • * Plus fuel surcharge paid on all miles - loaded and empty

    JNJ can supply base plate at $50.00 week until price of tag is paid
    JNJ pays all tolls
    JNJ pays for 2 scale tickets per load
